Highly recommendation So, you like cycling, took your time to get used to the flow of Hanoi's traffic and you want to know more about this city? Then you should book the Hanoi City Tour with bicycle. After the two of us met our private guide and got our well maintained mountainbikes at funny travel's office in oldtown Hanoi we spend a great day flowing through the traffic and learning heaps about the recent Vietnamese history. We made about 8 stops at different locations where we not only learned about the places' relevance from our guide (studied English!) but also tasted great local snacks and lunch.

FANTASTIC TOUR I had the great fortune of being gifted this cycling tour for my birthday and the experience was wonderful. My guide, Tommy, upgraded my tour to a 1:1 experience and he took me to some of the most interesting places in the city. He made sure to ask me what I was interested in seeing and after learning I was a chef, made sure to take me to places in both touristy and locals-only areas. Tommy knows Hanoi like the back of his hand and while on our way to each spot, he made sure to tell me all about the history of the city and of the places we were headed. I only had 36 hours to spend in Hanoi and these 4 hours were the highlight of the visit. Thank you Tommy and the entire team at Funny Travel for an unforgettable day! Cam on!

Amazing fun the highlight of our trip, it is a fun hike about 1.5 mile. the place is awesome and even in the rain it was very magical. You can feel the mana ( sacred Hawaiian energy of the place. We give it a two thumbs way up!

This was our first time iguana hunting and it was a blast!!!! Carlos is an excellent guide and he showed us how to catch them with a noose!!! That was sooo much fun!!! Carlos has a great at***ude and enjoys what he does. He’s really nice and polite. Can’t wait to vacation in Florida again to do more adventures Carlos has with his company!!! Pete was an excellent host and very p***ionate about sharing his knowledge about the period firearms and history of their development and use, and also about the stories of people during the era. Artifacts other than firearms were presented that gave additional insight and made the presentation extremely interesting. Pete was very flexible with our group's needs which included one who had never held a firearm, fairly new bullseye ***tol shooters, an experienced rifleman, and a post Korean War artilliary vet who had trained using some of the weapons presented and fired that day. Plan on more time than advertised for the session especially if any of your party has their own story to tell about one's personal experience or that of family members relating to the era. Pete truly engages with those who participate and creates an interesting and petsonalized dialog, not just a talking head or range instructor when it comes time to throw lead downrange. The range experience was a blast, having opportunity to fire arms platforms that most living today do not.

I found Treks Himalaya before i was in Nepal through internet where they have beautiful website www.trekshimalaya.com mention interesting package. i visit visited Pashupatinath temple it is in World Heritage site and well-known Hindus temple around the world.

It was Roger's first trip to San Francisco. We should not have been there at all if Roger had not washed his p***port by mistake the night before our trip to Australia. But instead, we picked up some time waiting for a new p***port and had a memorable morning with Jerome touring the Bay area. It was Jerome's first tourist trip. He knew the answers to all our questions, and took us to the sights he thought we should see. And he did it in a "behind the scenes" fashion. Jerome has a p***ion for SF, and he loves showing it off, especially in his side car, well equipped with helmets and audio. He warned us, people are going to look and wave at you. It was a kick. We learned a lot and a great time was had by all. Thanks Jerome.

This tour was absolutely worth the money.I really wasn't expecting much because of the nominal fee..but the entire trip far exceeding my expectations!!!If you sit up top though on the bus you REALLY need to duck your head down to keep from being literally knocked out by the low lying branches..The city of Miami really should trim those branches.. possible death trap!!!The tour guides on bus and boat was 10/10 rated.. EXCELLENT..They know their job and they do it well!!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tour especially if your only in town for a short time!

This was a very good and interesting tour. The segways were easy to adjust to and learn to ride; I had never ridden one before. The office was very good at answering questions and very accommodative. Frustrated with WAY I contacted them on March 13 to cancel this cruise due to health reasons. I was told that someone would get back to me within 24 hrs. - didn't happen until 10 days later. Finally they said I'd get "Waybucks" instead of my refund. I have called & been on hole for 1 hour and 10 minutes. DO NOT fall victim to booking with WAY like I did.

I purchased and paid for this trip 7 months in advance only to learn when I got to the check-in counter that my trip had been canceled 2 days prior. I was on vacation and not monitoring my email but sure enough I received notice of cancellation and a refund. I was devastated. This was supposed to be the highlight of the trip and I ended up feeling duped. I learned my lesson the hard way to always buy direct from the vendor.

Who goes to Arizona and ends up seeing snow????? We do !!!!! What an amazing tour with Timothy , owner and operator of Oasis Tours. We learned about the amazing ecosystems at four different elevation levels ranging from desert to forest. Ended up at the top of the Coronado mountain range at 9157 feet. We had so much fun on our 4 hour trip up and down the mountains!

My husband and I really enjoyed our tour. Our guide was incredibly insightful, very knowledgeable, funny, and accommodating. They added a couple extra sights that weren't included in the original tour. The bus was extremely comfortable. Highly recommend this tour.

The safari and road trip from Kenya to South Africa was the best road adventure a traveler would like to experience, driving from Kenya to South Africa with stop over on the main beaches along Indian ocean, stop overs on the road in Botswana to view huge elephants walking along the road side. The best part of the road trip was it was flexible to everyone who participated in it, i would definitely do it again and again

We rented a 150cc scooter from Vegas Scooter and Slingshot Rentals and we had a blast. We took it up to Red Rock Canyon for the day and was surprised at how easy it was to get there and have fun.

Picked up on time by our guide Mimmo with a new comfortable Mercedes Minivan. On the way we were entertained by Mimmo about the local wine production, economy and social aspects of Sicily. In Segesta we had a stunning view from the Greek Theatre. Mimmo told us everything about this site. Had lunch in Erice and a lovely walk in this quaint little town. And what a great panorama. Recommended !!!

Among the best tours ever. Mimmo is a very knowledgeable guide and excellent driver. The visits at the Olive farm and at the winery were great. Also Selinunte was very interesting. We truly enjoyed it.

This is a must for visiting New Orleans, especially if you are under time constraints. We took the entire tour without hopping off the first day, just to,get our bearings. Ended up upgrading to a three day p***. Really useful for getting around town. Our first guide was Ellen and she was full of life and information. Very good tour. The next day we had a gentleman whose name I sadly can’t recall, and while we did part of the previous day’s route, we got new information. Jeffrey and the crew at the ticket booth were easy to work with and very friendly. Highly recommend this company.

Did a little staycation in Waikiki after having done the 2019 Century Ride a few weeks ago. In my search of some much needed post event relief, found this highly rated with great reviews place on Yelp, Aisawan Thai Spa & M***age. Requested for a 90 minute session focusing on the length of my back, as being hunched over my bike for over five hours had took its toll. My m***euse, Tukta, started it off with a little warm up m***age, followed by some back walking to loosen me up and to identify the areas that needed attention. Just to note, I just love it when they walk on the back of my thighs & calves as well, so painfully pleasurable. Then the real course began with some acupressure to my back. With the broader part of her elbow, along various points along my spine, she pushed hard and deep into the muscles. While holding down on the pressure at each point, she rotated her elbow to dig deeper, at times her motions felt like she was trying to scoop my skin off the bone (OMG). Next she added some heat with some hot stones. As having had hot stone treatments before where they lay the stones along your back and leave you for ten minutes, I was not a fan, but this one was totally different. Tukta actually took those stones in her hands and worked them into my back. What a way to finish off my back work, leaving my back fully loose and relaxed. On the flip, she worked those stones into the bottoms of my feet and then continued to m***age her way up, from toes to head, not missing an inch along the way. Already thinking I was done with the head m***age, she topped off the session with some Thai stretching, bending my body to places where it has never gone before. One was called the ****erfly, where lying on my back, she placed my ankles up against my **** and then began to spread knees apart as far as they could go and even then some (YEOW). Totally amazing experience, Tukta is a skilled professional, great personality and easy on the eyes…. A total repeat.

We went expecting to see a good, local production and ended up finding a phenomenal, international dance company that just happens to be local. The guide, Jim Fisher, knows his stuff when it comes to the sin and corruption of Portland's past. For me, Portland's Old Town was the most interesting. I especially enjoyed seeing the cast iron building fronts of historic significance. But really, if you're into shanghaiing, opium, gambling and pros***ution - this is the tour for you.

We did the Zipline, Snorkel, Monkey Sloth, Beach excursion. The driver was great and all the excursions we did were fun. We didn't go to the beach part for some reason, though I don't feel like we missed much because we were tired after the three anyway. I give it 3/5 because the staff were somewhat unprofessional and rather pushy about tips. The staff at AJ's in parti***ar made fun of us in Spanish as we were leaving for what they considered a low tip. Had we followed their suggested tips for each thing we did it would have cost far more than the initial cost of the full experience! I do recommend this excursion and company. We had a lot of fun.

Today I found out that my charge which exceeded $200. will only be refunded to me via WAY bucks. I used my credit card and it would be much more beneficial to have that money back in my account vs. WAY bucks because we can't travel anywhere. Also when I logged in I don't see any form of credit from WAY. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Horrible no show since the concert was canceled. Totally understandable. What’s not cool is the fact that way.com new beforehand of the cancelation and didn’t bother to notify me, email, text message, a fax, a phone call nothing, even a messenger pigeon would have been acceptable. We drove almost 8 hours, through snow, rain and tons of traffic only to find out at the box office....that there would be no concert. Again, I’m not mad that the show was canceled. I have been to over 20 Hard Rock Cafes around the world. The Hard Rock Cafe in Niagara Falls USA is the one we frequent most. Have always had a great experience. However last night was not a good one. Sabrina the bartender was not attentive. Waited 15 for refill on my drink. The bar was not busy that I was seated at. Also the bar was cluttered with dirty dishes and gl*** from the patrons. The lady next to us left an hour ago and her dishes were still on the bar. Very disappointed. Long time customer. Jodi

No matter how good Richard Henderson's tours may be, I strongly encourage everyone to not use him. He is the most insensitive tour person I have seen. I am a travel agent who booked with him to try out his tour in May. Obviously it was cancelled due to COVID. Every travel supplier I deal with was willing to reimburse expenses due to such cancellations despite the fees paid being categorized as non-recurring. Richard would not even listen to a request to reimburse for the cancelled tour. And after attempting to get him to rethink his position, he refused to even respond to my emails. Reject his immoral and insensitive stance and search for an alternative tour.

How can I cancel my order??

I purchased my ticket through Groupon and when I arrived I was told by Kurt I could no longer do the tour due to capacity. He said that on Groupon that it said I had to e-mail him beforehand but it wasn't stated on Groupon. Instead of mentioning I could come back on another day he said I could ask for a refund. Very disappointed with the service.

This haunted tour was the possible way to spend an evening (actual torture aside). The only good thing was the single free drink with the overpriced sham. 1. The night I attended, half of the “haunted” sites were inaccessible due to road closures. Now these weren’t surprise closures. They are posted wel in advance for a boat race that occurs every single year. The owners clearly knew, as the told us when we had all paid and were stuck on the trolley. 2. Those we were able to drop by had poorly told anecdotes about “haunting” aka ****kering lights, moving objects, and random noises. Every single spot had those 3 signs. No specifics outside of male/female or a random name. The host, dressed a cheesy all black costume, ruined all chances at creating a fitting atmosphere by poor attempts at a rough approximation of comedy. Example: a horrible sing along about a dude with no tongue? I could have given a better tour with 30 minutes to google beforehand.

I went to Pappy & Harriet’s to ask about the Hummer Tour and people there gave me some shocking info. The tour driver was so drunk one time that when he left Pappy & Harriet’s he flipped his vehicle and nearly died!?! He doesn't even CURRENTLY have a valid driver's license!?! What the hell sort of service are you charging people for!?! Is the thrill of not knowing if you will survive the tour a perk? Gotta love the Joshua Tree area and the zero cares people give about basics. Who is stupid enough to pay for this service?

**DO NOT BOOK THEIR COBA TOUR** We booked the Coba/Xelha combo. This was advertised as 2hr 45mins at Coba with a full guided tour. We received only 55 minutes at the site with a 5 minute talk from the tour guide. We saw practically nothing and learned very little. In addition the tour guide cycled off way ahead of us, nobody could keep up and nobody knew where they were going. In total we spent 5.5 hours waiting for transportation and travelling (we were staying less than an hour away!). We were meant to arrive at Xelha around 12, but arrived at only 1:45 so had very little time there as the bus taking us back to the hotel left before it even closed at 6! On complaining to Xelha (Xcaret customer services) and requesting a refund they accused us of lying. Telling us that we had seen things that we definitely hadn’t and telling us we were touring for longer than we were. Their reply was very terse and said they delivered what was advertised, when they blatantly didn’t. No apology, no refund, just lots of lies. Xelha itself is a lovely place (aside from the captive dolphins which had far too little space and looked terribly depressed) as is Coba - but this tour was VERY poorly organised and overpriced and they have ZERO customer service or morals!

My friend and I booked an all-inclusive boat party with this company. Immediately after purchasing, I received a text message from the organizer saying the boat party was actually canceled and that I would receive a refund. They never gave me my refund and deliberately sent my bank do***ents showing there's a no-refund policy when I tried to dis**** the charge. So they marketed a boat party that never happened and got paid for it. Completely fraudulent.

Four of us had booked a tour on May 31st 2019 for Saturday October 5th 2019. We arrived at the meeting spot 15 minutes early. We were met by a guide and showed him our fully paid receipt and reservation number. He did not have his on his list. He then told me to phone head office. When I did that, the lady has said the company had switched owners and some reservations were lost during the transition. We said we understood but we did book back in May so we need to figure out an alternative. She offered the tour to us two days later. We were leaving the next morning, so needed a tour that day. We were told that no alternative option could be given and the tour was fully booked. We were bumped. The tour guide was extremely rude to us although the rest of the group showed a lot of comp***ion for our situation. We even heard people say it's not right how they were treating us. I am back from vacation and still do not have a refund for my tour. This company is pathetic in how they treat people. Do yourself a big favour and book somewhere else. We ended up doing the hop-on-hop-off tour with skip-the-line tickets for Empire State and the 9/11 Memorial which we actually went into. You don't go into that on this tour. We did a full day that was excellent with a really good lunch for a fraction of the price of this tour. I would never consider recommending this tour to even my worst enemy. Disgusting customer service.

We had a super great time and the guy that did it was very helpful and fun. After we were done we were told that our flowers would take a couple of days to be finished and they would call and let us know when we could come pick them up. It had been about a week so my boyfriend went to go see if they had been finished yet. They had apparently mixed EVERYONES up and had no idea who’s was who’s. After the amount of personalization and money spent on these I can’t believe they would be so careless. Huge disappointment.

I went on the Jet Ski tour during the summer with my friend and it started out well. On our way back, one of the tour guides (Brandon) was disrespectful to customers and totally ignoring a customer's complaint. He began to argue in a yelling match with the customer and began to speed off his boat way ahead of the rest of the tour, leaving all of us behind and confused on direction. While on the tour, he had offered to take photos of us, to which we replied of course. After the tour, I wrote down my phone number and was promised that the photo would be sent to me by the end of the day. I waited... no photo. Then I called back the next day... was promised the photo.. no photo. I was then informed that the guide "took photos for tips," to which I proceeded to tip the guide via Venmo and awaited my photo. It had been 4 days and still no photo. Now this company has my (tip) money and I called every day after my tour for 2 weeks straight and was promised my photo. I still till this day have never received the photo and the company has still not reached out to me and has made false promises to me for the whole 2 weeks. Too add on, none of the equipment was sanitized. Very bad customer service and lack of care and respect for customers.

Purchased 2 CityP*** tickets which had stated that we would receive 5 attraction in Atlanta that had to be used in 9 days and when we called to make reservations we were told that nothing would be available till April after we had already flown up from Ft Lauderdale Florida and were at our hotel. We found out that the ones that needed a reservations were not available through CityP*** but were available for full price at each attraction. That only 100 CityP*** holders can enter these attractions where 1000s attend. All we were offered was a refund which stated would take up to 15 days, and no compensation for our inconvenience and ruined our vacation.

Scammers. Booked a show on dec21 only to show up at the venue to find out there was no show. Tried contacting comedy and dolls but there is no contact number listed. Tried to request a refund from groupon but they say all sales are final. Beware if u decide to book a show with them that u have a 50/50 chance of actually seeing a show

I have sent many emails about a group that I had scheduled in March that I was told I would get refunded for on March 14th, 2020. The reservation was for March 28th I still have not gotten a refund. Can someone please follow up ASAP? - Allison
