The Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance team can help you recover from your accident with fast towing, quick repairs, and travel directions.

Mechanical troubles and accidents don't have to stop your trips. If your car breaks down over 100 miles from home, can't be driven, is under warranty, and needs overnight repair, Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance will refund you up to $300 a night for travel expenses.

When your car breaks down, Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance will tow it to the nearest Mercedes-Benz dealership or Mercedes-Benz Certified Collision Center for free.

How Does Roadside Assistance Work?

Warranty holders can call Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance at any time in several ways:

• Roadside Assistance can be reached at 1-800-367-6372. When contacting, provide your name, car year, model, color, VIN, phone number, vehicle location, and issue description.
• Press the wrench button on the armrest or overhead console (Mbrace subscribers only). The service dispatcher will receive your vehicle information and ask about your issue.
• Select Roadside Assistance from the Mercedes Me app's home screen or "assist" menu. If you use the app for multiple Mercedes-Benz vehicles, ensure the proper one is in session.

Mercedes-Benz states that harsh weather may limit or prevent servicing. You may incur additional fees if your car breaks down in a parking garage or off-road.

Other Ways to Get Mercedes Roadside Assistance

You're not alone when your Mercedes-Benz warranty expires; you don't choose an extended one. Other roadside assistance options:

• Cell phone companies ($5/month): Many major cell phone companies offer roadside assistance programs that you can add to your monthly subscription.
• Towing and labor (under $20/year): Roadside help may be covered by your car insurance, but you may need collision or comprehensive coverage.

These services may be included in your car insurance! A complete coverage insurance plan may provide the cheapest roadside assistance and other critical benefits.

What If My Mercedes Warranty Expired?

If you purchase an Extended Limited Warranty package, Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance is available after your primary warranty expires. These plans cover:

• Steering the electrical systems
• Central locking
• Suspension.

The Extended Limited Warranty costs money, but how many years of coverage (up to 100,000 miles) you want determines how much.
