Lumen Field North Lot and the Lumen Field Garage are located on-site. However, parking space availability at these facilities varies from event to event. For Seahawks games, only season parking pass holders can park on-site. Gameday parking is available for MLS events at the North Lot, Lumen Field Garage, Metro Garage, and Union Station Garage.

How much does Lumen Field parking cost?

You can expect to pay $20 - $40 for event parking at official Lumen Field parking garages. Seahawks parking at the Lumen Field North Lot and the Lumen Field Garage is presold for the season – single game day parking is not available. Cheaper hourly and all-day parking rates are offered at alternative garages and lots within walking distance of the stadium.

Is there street parking around Lumen Field?

Street parking is allowed near Lumen Field, but availability depends on when you visit the neighborhood. It would be easier to find a spot on non-event days. Keep in mind that metered street parking comes with time restrictions – usually two hours in this part of Seattle. Try S Kings St, S Main St, Occidental Avenue S, and 2nd Avenue S for the closest spots if you are making a quick stop.

Lumen Field parking tips

Washington Music Theater (WAMU Theater) is located within the Lumen Field complex.

Paid parking at the Lumen Field Event Center Garage and North Lot are available on a first-come, first-serve basis for select events.

Rates at the on-site Lumen Field parking lots vary on event and non-event days. Overnight parking and tailgating are not allowed. RV and oversized vehicles are not permitted; you’ll find parking at nearby garages.

ADA/Accessible parking is available at the North Lot on the game day. Spots are limited and are allotted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Alternative parking spaces are available at the Union Station garage on Fourth Avenue. There’s an elevator at the 4th Ave. & Weller Street Overpass – you can use this to reach the Lumen Feld North Lot and the stadium from there.

Parking will be cheaper further away from the stadium. If you plan to drive down to Seattle and leave your car downtown or elsewhere, use rideshare, the ferry, light rail, or bus to reach the stadium.
