GENERAL AGREEMENT
This complimentary membership is being issued together with your Way+ parking single visit transaction. Your membership begins on the effective date of your parking transaction and ends after one (1) month. If you purchase another parking single visit from Way.com within the one-month period, you will extend your Way+ Jasper membership by one (1) month.
Way+ is a membership product from Way.com. This contract represents your agreement with Way.com and represents your benefits that are available in the United States. You will not be required to pay any sum for any service specified up to the benefit limit. Benefits follow your covered vehicle and authorized drivers. Benefits are subject to change without notice.
WAY+ JASPER MEMBER BENEFITS
Gas Benefit: Way+ Jasper members have quick access to Way.com Gas Offers. In addition, members receive a “Gas Cashback Accelerator” [10%] on savings received in the cashback offer category within the Way App. Cashback offers are available only at participating locations and may change at any time. To receive benefit, member must be logged into the Way App, registered for cashback savings, and claim offers when at the station. The gas cashback accelerator is applied when standard gas cashback benefit is deposited into your account and is subject to gas cashback availability. Please see the Way App for participating stations and further details on benefit redemption. Also, please see Way App for additional terms and conditions on the Way Cashback Program.
Car Wash Benefit:
Way+ Sapphire members are eligible to receive a 10% discount at checkout for car washes. Discounts are only available at In-Network way.com car wash locations. At listed out-of-network locations, a 10% cashback accelerator is applied to the then-current out-of-network way.com cashback rate. Discount cannot be applied to the purchase of a Way.com monthly car wash subscription plan.
Your car wash benefits cannot be used in combination with other Way.com car wash offers. Cancelation and refund eligibility is subject to the terms and conditions as governed by the Way.com car wash transaction itself. Maximum discount benefit subject to fair use practice.
Roadside Benefits: Plan members have access to roadside services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from Way+. Members receive consistent, flat rate pricing on roadside service. In addition, the Way+ Jasper Plan entitles a plan holder to discounted services as compared to the general public obtaining roadside assistance from Way+.
Members are eligible to receive a 10% discount at checkout for:
- Towing
- Jump Start
- Auto Lockout
- Flat Tire Change
- Fuel Delivery (up to 2 gallons)
- Winch Out
For certain services, Way.com may place a hold on funds on your card to cover any additional expenses that are not considered at the time of requesting the service. The amount will be released after deducting additional expenses (if any) in 24 hours from the time service is completed. Maximum discount benefit subject to fair use practice.
Way.com reserve the right to seek reimbursement, including any reasonable administrative or processing fees, from members for any services provided for which the member was not eligible or entitled, or for which member was obligated to pay at the time of service.
A roadside service request requires the disabled vehicle’s VIN. Service will not be provided without it. Roadside service is available for light-duty vehicles only. We only offer services for self-propelled vehicles; cars, vans, and small trucks (up to 10,000 lbs. Gross Vehicle Weight Rating), licensed, and used for private on-road transportation. The following are also excluded: tractors, boats, trailers, recreational vehicles, dune buggies, and vehicles used for competition.
Roadside discount is only available for dispatches created thru Way.com. Dispatch service may not be available in all situations including but not limited to; police prevention, locked storage facilities, restricted roadways, inaccessible off-road locations, Acts of God (floods, earthquakes, etc.). You may cancel the transaction post-dispatch, however there will be no immediate refund. To request consideration for a refund, please email support@way.com with circumstances related to the cancellation. Refund, if approved, will be provided within 30 days of receipt of request.
Way.com, or third-party roadside aggregator, will not accept responsibility for repairs or the availability, delivery or installation of parts including but not limited to car batteries, replacement keys, and tires. All parts used and services provided by the service facility must be authorized and paid for by you. All authorized service providers are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of Way.com. Therefore Way.com, or third-party roadside aggregator, assumes no liability for any damage to the vehicle resulting from the rendering of service or for personal items left in the vehicle. Way.com, or third-party roadside aggregator, is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages as a result of any act of the vendor in rendering service requested by you, which includes but is not limited to any claims for personal injury or damage to property.
100- Point Inspection Benefit: Way.com has created a network of preferred maintenance and repair shops for its customers. Way+ Jasper members are entitled to a complimentary 100-Point Inspection once every twelve (12) months for each vehicle under the plan at In-Network locations.
Mechanics Hotline Benefit: Way+ Jasper members have unlimited access to auto repair experts who provide advice and education on vehicle repairs and maintenance. The team is comprised of experienced Dealer and ASE-Certified technicians. Experts can provide advice on maintenance best practices, what might be wrong with the vehicle, expected repair costs, what to ask at the repair shop, trustworthy shop locations, and understanding of repair estimates provided. Please use the Way App to access the helpline. Experts are available Monday - Friday, 9am – 8pm EST.
Experts are not Way.com agents or employees. Further, Way.com in no way makes any representations or guarantees regarding the work that has been or will be performed on your vehicle. No estimates, repairs or services are warranted by Way.com. Information and advice provided by experts about mechanical repairs and services are based upon information provided by you. No oral representations should be relied upon, including any oral statements of the repairing shop.

Way+ Cancellation:
Way+ Jasper is included with your parking transaction. The membership will end automatically after one (1) month. There is no cancellation path and plan has no refund value.
