Can I cancel my airport parking and get a refund?

Yes, you can cancel an off-site airport parking through the Way app or Way.com website and get a refund.

If you book your reservation through Way, you can cancel your off-site airport parking reservation before check-in time using the Way app or Way.com website. Refunds are credited back to your Way Wallet or the original payment method.

Steps to cancel airport parking in the Way app

Open the Way app and go to the ‘My Orders’ screen.

Find the reservation you want to cancel, open order details, and click on cancel.

Confirm that you want to cancel the reservation.

Add the reason for cancellation and hit ‘Continue.’

Choose a refund option and hit ‘Continue.’

Along with an on-screen confirmation, you’ll also get a cancellation confirmation email at your registered email address.

You can also contact the Way customer support via email at support@way.com or call (408) 598-3338 to cancel your airport parking reservation.

Refund process

Cancellations before check-in time are only eligible for a refund. Also, some bookings may already be marked non-refundable on checkout.

Once a refund is approved, it will be credited back to the original payment method. This may take between 5 and 7 business days to reflect in your account. Refunds can also be sent to the Way Wallet, an internal wallet within the Way app. You can use this wallet balance to make future purchases.
