How do I track my airport parking shuttle?

Shuttle tracking makes airport parking an advanced and stress-free experience.

Once you book a lot that supports shuttle tracking, open your reservation in the Way app when you’re ready to catch your shuttle. Tap on “orders” which sits at bottom drawer navigation to access reservation.  

The live map shows when your shuttle is approaching, each shown as an icon at its current position. Tap any shuttle to see more details, including its estimated arrival time at your pickup location. The map updates continuously as shuttles move, and ETAs change to reflect their progress. If your shuttle is rerouted, the app shows a dedicated screen that explains the change. 

This helps you decide when to head to the designated pickup area instead of waiting outside with no updates. This comes in handy at the airport, where you can collect your bags and walk to the pickup area with a clear idea of when your ride will arrive.
