I am so thankful for the wonderful service technician and the person that checked me in… Jessica got checked me in and offered me everything that I needed for my vehicle to be safe. I also received a wonderful discount coupon for both my oil change and my transmission flush. They were very kind and very helpful… Jessica was awesome.
I found a great deal on Way.com and decided to give it a try. The service was quick and efficient, and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Overall, it was a smooth and convenient experience.
The team was super efficient. Did not make me uncomfortable with upsells; just showed me some promos (which I got because I forgot I needed to replace my wipers). Told me about some possible issues with Walmart threading my oil pan bolt, which I would have never known about. Basically everything you would expect from an experience with Jiffy lube. Thanks!

I’ve tried a few other places for oil changes before, but I was never really satisfied with the service. My experience at Jiffy Lube was much better. They were quick, took good care of my car, and answered all the questions I had. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a good oil change.

Recently, I’ve always had excellent experiences with this Jiffy Lube. Cashiers are very upfront and will tell you exactly what services they believe you will actually need and won’t try to upsell you on other services. I know this is not a universal expectation. But from what I’ve experienced the last few times I’ve been there. I’ve always been impressed. Matt especially did an excellent job with my last visit. He gave me an estimate estimated timeframe and broke down why each service would require x amount of time, and did his best to get me out of there within that timeframe.
