Very helpful and knowledgeable. They offered recommendations and answered my questions. I had a discount and the remaining cost was quite reasonable. My headlight is out but is LED and needs more than just a quick bulb change, but they said if I brought it in they’d help me out. Friendly and quick.
I really appreciate Robert, Marques, Jessica they took their time explaining things that was going on with my car step by step and went above and beyond. The head manager as well, not sure if I mention his name. It was 4 employees that helped me out alot. They even let me know other services that jiffylube provides that I was unaware of. Thank you all for your great hospitality and service to my car. A little pricey but I do know oil is up, but they did work with me financially. Please, keep up the good work. I would recommend this location to my peers ??
