⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube today for my oil change! I was assisted by Matthew and Zach, and they both did an excellent job. Matthew was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable about my vehicle. He took the time to explain things, answer my questions, and made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. Zach appeared to be training Matthew, but he was also very professional, approachable, and knowledgeable. He was there whenever Matthew needed guidance, and together they worked seamlessly as a team. What I appreciated most was how informative they both were throughout the entire visit. They kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and had me in and out in no time. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, and these two definitely delivered. Thank you, Matthew and Zach, for making what could have been a routine oil change such a pleasant experience!
Dorian took care of me today. I really wasn't expecting to pay the price I was quoted for a full synthetic oil change. ( the same price as when I owned my hybrid) But, Dorian spoke to the manager and got the price to a more manageable amount, especially since I'm traveling out of state next week and needed this done ASAP. Thanks guys!!
Mike and Walter were great. It was great how they explained everything and were so respectful and helpful. Definitely going to return. I know I put reasonable price but for the service they did I would have paid more rather than less at a place that makes me question what they are doing. Thank you so much. ?
