They were very professional and courteous. They checked my car out thoroughly and caught dirty brake fluid needing changing. I had a coupon so the cost was reasonable. Great experience!
I went for an inspection and was very very happy with my experience. As a woman, I always dread going to the car shop, and was nervous since I hadn’t been to this location before, but I didn’t feel stressed out or uncomfortable at all during this visit. Nikki was working the front desk and she was incredibly friendly and helpful. I saw her take the time to break down and explain to each person in the waiting room what was happening with their cars, what she recommended, and she was even kind enough to clarify which things were immediately important to get taken care of and what was just a recommendation. I really appreciated that she didn’t make me feel pressured or try to upsell me on anything I didn’t really need. I also loved how she walked through the entire inspection review with me so that I really understood what was happening with my car. She flipped through the different sections on her computer and let me know where I ranked on everything, instead of just saying pass/fail, so I knew what I may need coming up. I really really liked my experience. They also were actually done in a jiffy! I was able to finish before my lunch break was over and go on with my day. I will definitely be coming back here again.
