My husband usually takes care of thr car stuff but I offered this time. I am totally clueless about the whole process..The Greentree crew & Ron did a great job. The hardest was waiting my turn in line but they got everything done on mine and 2 other cars quickly with less than a hour til closing. Appreciate the speedy service since I had to bring the kiddos along. The lounge area was clean complete with restrooms, complimentary water &wifi. Price was comparable and the online coupons saved even more money. Polite staff and quick service. I'd recommend and will be back again. Thanks all!
Very kind people. The technicians/manager worked on my oil change, and they were quick and efficient. Also, I came from out of state and didn’t realize “driving in”myself was not a common thing in PA, and that PA is a customer-choice state. The manager was kind, and explained it to me. I drove in, I’m used to that elsewhere. I asked about places to see stars at night clearly and he recommended one. Good, quick oil change, and kind people with nest micro connection. Thanks guys, and best wishes.
This was the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. I think Jesse helped me out (longer curly hair) and he was awesome. They did my oil change and let me know my coolant levels were low, and he was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. He let me know the tire pressure and battery test as well. He questioned the total price at the end so he went back and checked to make sure everything was correct before running my card. Everything was super fast and they did a great job!
