Stopped in for the first time and was not disappointed. All the guys were courteous and professional. Of course they tried to upsell; but thats their job to do so! I wasn't heavily pressured though. You've gained a new customer! See you in 5000 miles!
Just had my first service at this location. It went great. I was nervous due to it being a new car and my first maintenance on it. Ronald S, Taylor B, Thomas P, and Lazell S were wonderful and provided exceptional service and expertise. Thanks again!
I stopped in today just to see what the charge would be for an oil change. Spoke with the supervisor and told him I had paid a certain amount somewhere else. He worked with me on the price showing him evidence of the price I had paid somewhere else. I ended up getting an oil change and transmission flush because of the customer service.Thomas was absolutely wonderful and I will continue to go to them for my car needs. Thank you!
