Got my A/C fixed, took my own parts just paid for labor & an evac & recharge, left my ac in perfect condition blowing ice cold & hard! Would recommend this place to anyone, very honest and not trying to take all your money!

This was a bit inconvenient and could easily be avoided with better online transparency. When I arrived, the staff was professional and ready to assist. Although it was busy around 10 a.m., I was impressed with the efficiency—despite having others ahead of me, I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The waiting area was clean and warm, which was appreciated on a chilly day (low 50s). The team addressed my concerns thoroughly and didn’t attempt to upsell me on unnecessary services. The straightforward approach was refreshing, and I left feeling confident about the work they performed. Pros: Quick service despite a busy morning Professional and courteous staff Clean and comfortable waiting area No upselling or unnecessary recommendations Cons: Pricing information not listed on the website Required a call to confirm cost, which could have been avoided with better online details Would recommend Jiffy Lube for efficient and professional service, but they could improve by making their pricing more accessible online.
