On New Year's Eve I dashed into this location (Jiffy Lube #2935) for an oil change. I'd never been here before and didn't know any of the staff or what to expect. I pulled up and Enoch met me with a bright smile and so accommodating. The rest of my encounter with the staff was the same. The courtesy, patience and professionalism of the entire staff, Devonte, Michael James and Enoch, was so absolutely stellar and beyond my expectations I would have had. Everything was explained to me and pending my approval before any service was done. I was offered water and a place to sit while I waited. And, the wait was short. I highly recommend this location. Originally cane in for an oil change but i had a headlight that went out. I purchased the light already so i onky needed it installed. I have a lexus so the process took a while but Jeff the general manager stepped in and assisted me with no hesitation. This placed earned my business from here on out. What an amazing experience.
The staff members were exceptionally pleasant, polite, and welcoming throughout the visit. They also offered coupons specifically for this store location, which is especially helpful and appreciated during these times. Their friendliness and willingness to provide savings made the overall experience even more positive.
