I can’t say enough wonderful things about Jiffy Lube in Prescott Valley. I visited them for the first time for an oil change, and the service was impeccable! The two gentlemen that worked on my vehicle were so nice and explained several things to me. Because of that service several months ago, I returned recently for the current required oil change in my vehicle and I was just as happy with the great service I received. The techs are so pleasant and friendly. The service was quick and efficient. I will return when my next oil change is due. Thank you, Jiffy Lube!
I went in today to have my oil changed and tires rotated. The gentleman that greeted me was welcoming and kind. He escorted me to the waiting area and sent my car in for the work. The waiting area was very clean with a soda and coffee station. There was also freshly popped popcorn if you need a snack. Adding to the ambiance were comfortable chairs, a fish tank, and a TV. Everyone was very polite. If other services are necessary, they're not at all pushy. You make the decisions about what you feel is necessary. I did have the air filters replaced, because mine were gross. They had the replacements in stock and I was back on the road in no time. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location. Do check for coupons on their website before going in. I did, and it saved me $32.00.
I always go to jiffy lube to get my oil changes. I knew they fix glass chips. But mine was pretty bad.I wouldn't call it a chip. They wouldn't guarantee they could fix it , but they did , and it's so much better than it was. Sure , beats a two hundred and fifty dollar window replacement. Thank you, Jiffy, lube they did a good job.
