It was my first time at this location. I went in for an oil change and had other car concerns. They ran a full diagnostic and only recommended the services my car actually needed. They explained everything clearly and in a way I could understand, which I really appreciated. I’ve always worried about being told my car needs things it doesn’t, but they were very honest and transparent. They also gave me a great deal. I left feeling very satisfied and confident that my car was well taken care of. They’ve earned my trust, and that means a lot
Got an oil change and f/r differential fluid change. They were efficient, pleasant and polite. I stayed in my car and the energy of the staff in the garage was harmonious. Went back the next day with another car for an oil change and got the headlight restoration. Both times the manager, Daniel showed me what was wrong, explained why something needed to be done, and told me the price.
Never have I ever had a better experience at a Jiffy Lube. Also, never have I ever been to a Jiffy Lube that provides full auto shop services (maybe they have but I’ve never been made aware). I came in just needing an oil change (and left with an oil change of course) but they helped me with so much more—including solving a problem another auto shop quoted me over $4,000 just by flexing their knowledge of error codes. I’ve never been happier leaving an auto shop, I’ll definitely be back.
