Went in for an emissions check and had everything done in less than an hour! Before taking your car, the team gives you a pretty detailed estimate on how long it will take and what could make that change. I went in on a Sunday around 1/1:15 and got a call at 1:53 that it was all ready. The customer service is fantastic at this location. Every time I've come in they are super polite and patient. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, they really do make the process painless! The staff creates a very welcoming environment and have a lot of respect for their customers. So I'd say even if the wait times are longer on average, this is still a great place to go. Go get a snack at HEB or explore the Dollar Tree and time will fly in an instant.
Great place ?! Got the oil change & oil filter change for the diesel ⛽️ truck. The hospitality was 100/10 and what a great & kind attitude/atmosphere! Will definitely make this my favorite spot for maintenance and future needs!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! You can sit and wait (lobby)with fresh cold water! ?????? Advice: buy your supplies first then just pay for the labor/work cost it will be cheaper ?.
Dante took excellent care of my car and was professional all throughout. I typically dont care where I go to get my oil changed but Dante made everything quick and easy. Further more, he brought to my attention some services that I have been neglecting for my car and carefully explained to me in easy to unde terms the importance of properly getting my transmission fluid attended to. I will be making an effort to come back for his services for future oil changes and any extra car needs.
