I had a great experience at Jeffy Lube. The service was fast, professional, and hassle-free. Nelson, was my service advisor, he was outstanding — he was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. The whole process was smooth, and I was in and out quickly. If you’re looking for honest service and great customer care, ask for Nelson. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I’ve been a customer of Valvoline for over 20 years. And the last three years no matter what Central Florida location I go to their customer service has gone downhill and the professionalism is nil. Recently a Jiffy Lube opened up in The St. Cloud area. I took a chance and stopped by, and I was amazed. I was met by Alejandro as soon as I drove up, and he was courteous, very professional and patient while getting some information from me. My vehicle was worked on in a professional and courteous manner by Luis, Ramon (I don’t know who was under my vehicle working). I got a professional estimate from Victor, the mechanic (that was not pushy or uncomfortable) for some repairs that I needed on my vehicle. I would highly recommend the Jiffy Lube in the St. Cloud area. The staff were young, but they were highly professional and had great customer service skills.
