They got us out of jam on our roadtrip! The check oil light came on 20 miles out. Keith, Tim, and Valentino checked every thing out , topped off the oil, and got us back on the road within an hour. Highly recommend for you oil changing needs, The shop is set up to do tires, alignments, and brakes. Thankful for the help!
This Jiffy Lube location is my absolute favorite. I bring my vehicle in to have it serviced for its oil changes. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The customer service is a 10/10 every single time. They offer complimentary water and coffee while you wait. The workers are very informative, quick and efficient. I usually have my child with me and they're welcoming with him too. Sometimes, if they have them, they'll offer snacks or candy, but we never go in expecting it. They're just all around a great group of people. On this most recent visit, they did have a new worker checking in customers and you could see first-handed how well the employees worked together and helped one another in training the new guy. Overall, Jiffy Lube in Joplin provided a very welcoming atmosphere with friendly service workers who held efficient working ethics, in a clean, well-maintained and accessible facility. We will continue to return for future services.
Took my car in Friday for a much needed oil change as well as whatever was needed after 85K miles! I knew it was needed! They showed me every detail manufacturer recommended service.. filters that needed replacement- condition of brake fluid - flushed, transmission topped off... an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
