I started coming to this location solely on it’s convenient location. However, my experience today with AUTUMN confirmed that I never need to go elsewhere! I passively went in for an oil change, another errand on my to-do list. As someone who drives across town daily, I really appreciated Autumn’s transparency, shared knowledge, and thorough communication. Her warm, welcoming energy really made me feel like I was speaking with a close friend. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and services that she was recommending for my car, while also informing me on the importance and safety of it all. As a fellow woman, I immediately felt assured when Autumn took the time to inform and educate me in a non-sales like manner, (which was refreshing). Thanks to Autumn I won’t view oil changes like a dreaded errand anymore, but more like preventative care for my car. After all, we do depend a lot on our cars, right? If you’re lucky and cross paths with Miss. Autumn as your auto technician, just know your car is in great hands. So grateful for Autumn & the team at Jiffy Lube!!! ?
Ryland was awesome from the start! I got an oil change and was in and out real quick. I had a separate issue with my vehicle later on and they fixed me right up. Excellent customer service & a seemingly wonderful work environment. Everyone there is a rockstar; they’re super friendly and it seems like they enjoy what they do. They all took great care of me and my Camry. They’re down to earth people and work with great care. Thank you for your hard work y’all ❤️
I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube! Mike, the manager, and Junior, the mechanic, provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They were fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. What I really appreciated was how straightforward they were. no pressure to buy extra services, just honest and to the point. They took care of both my oil change and state inspection quickly and efficiently, and the prices were very reasonable. It’s not always easy to find a place you can trust, but this team definitely earned it. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend them to others!
