I believe his name was Shane, the man who helped service my vehicle. He was very patient with me and all my questions, and helped me get everything I needed in a short time. Plus he had great hair! ? I’m very satisfied with the work on my Douglas he is safe and running great. Thank y’all! I really appreciate all the help, communication, and hard work the technicians at this location have put in for me. ❤️ They showed out in the best way. My dodge wouldn’t start up immediately as I got to the parking lot and they all immediately sprang into action working together and coming up with solutions to get me rolling again. Thank you so much Brittany, you were on the ball right from the get go, and worked to keep me informed and updated and answered all my questions ?. I have a 2021 Ford F150, and the thing feels like it is made of plastic. No fault of Jiffy Lube, but some of these newer Ford parts break faster than others. This shop is always friendly, nice, welcoming. They have always worked with me on getting things fixed and are so easy to chat with.
