It was my first time at jiffylube for an oil change, and it was the warmest customer experience I've ever received at a car shop. I wasn't sure where to park, but the lady walked up to me and asked me how I was, what I needed, and even volunteered to drive up my car for me, which was so sweet. She explained that their building had AC, snacks, tea, etc. for me to relax. Then I had a calming time waiting in the lobby, where there was a bathroom nearby, snacks all filled, and the seats were cushioned and comfortable. There was even a TV playing in the background so it wasn't awkward silence. When the mechanic wanted to talk to me about my car, I didn't feel pressured to say yes to additional maintenance, but they did hint at some maintenance being done sooner rather than later, which I was okay with (there was some discrepancies between what he said the price would be vs what I actually paid, like he said the air filter was $30 when it was actually $39.99 and the cabin air filter was $40 when it was actually $49.99). Next time, I'll just grab those myself. Checking out was easy and I had some questions (I'm in my 20s and am a first time car owner) which he answered readily. He walked me through the whole checkout process and easily applied my $40 discount. Very grateful that they vacuumed my floors, filled up my tires, washed my windows, added some windshield washer fluid, and let me know any additional service comments.
I’ve been to this Jiffy Lube twice in the past two months for different needs, and both experiences were outstanding. The customer service was truly above and beyond each time. What really stood out to me was how everything was explained. They took the time to walk me through what was going on with my car in a way that felt respectful and easy to understand. I never felt talked down to. Instead, I felt informed, educated, and empowered to make decisions. They were kind, efficient, and transparent. They showed me what they were seeing with my car, explained their recommendations clearly, and offered solutions at a fair price and in a timely manner. It’s rare to find a place you genuinely trust, but I would absolutely put this team in that category. I highly recommend them! honestly, more than five stars.
I had a great experience here. They were able to get my car in at a time that was actually convenient for me, and the mechanics were incredibly kind and welcoming. What a pleasant surprise to find out they wipe down the exterior and vacuum the interior, too! They were also super accommodating when my phone wouldn't load a coupon; they just applied it for me anyway. I’ll definitely keep coming back for this kind of efficient, affordable, and friendly service.
