Andrew was courteous, helpful and professional. He had my car in the garage within 15 minutes and completed the oil change in record time. I didn’t feel overly pressured during the checkout process to purchase additional services, which is a rare quality among men in this particular trade. He also offered a discount, which was incredibly kind. I plan on returning again for maintenance on my vehicle in the future.
Have had oil changes done here in the past when I worked in the area, always super friendly, professional and fast. Been about a year since I've changed work location, however was leaving Littleton to drive to Pueblo and my engine light suddenly came on. I was not due for an oil change but stopped in and asked if they could check my oil level and coolant as it appeared my engine was getting hotter (had just driven around 60 miles with the air conditioner running so thought it could be the coolant).They were great, checked both, coolant was fine but oil was down so they add oil to bring it up to the correct level. Super nice young man and then the the manager, Tommy, came out and wouldn't let me pay anything for the services. Definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube and they apparently now are the new managers for the one on Wadsworth and Crestline as well. Will be going back to them in the future even if it's a little further to go. Thank you, you're a great shop!
Love this location!!! Every vehicle I've brought in I'm met with excellent, friendly, & professional service! Today, Rae helped me w/my vehicle maintenance. She was super knowledgeable, cleared & confirmed any discrepancies, & helped me understand services provided. They are located right behind the car wash where they have a drive-up & drop-off feature where they meet w/you individually in their clean lobby to get you going. Bathroom on-site (Yes, super clean), shopping center 2 blocks up the road (yes, fast service; but popular as well as a thorough location), & knowledgeable staff (absolutely friendly, they'll show you the vehicle in progress minus the pit, & when I mean thorough they even bill your insurance company for crack-outs!). Thank you to the staff & thank you for several years of awesome service no matter what kind of vehicle I have dragged in ?. Highly recommend this location!
