I visited the pacheri store and the manager personally took the time to check all the fluids and top them off,I appreciate that he could have easily handed this off to a employee, but obviously he is a hands on manager, so i will always go back to this store for my oil changes.

They respected me as a person. Its obvious where their priorities are at. When I left I felt respected and not pressured to buy something I didn't want (thinking of other places). Thanks for hearing me before selling to me. And thanks for not getting annoyed with me after the assumptions I made about the stickers.
