I wish I could give 50 stars. I went into this location after being denied by 4 different shops because I had a damaged drain plug that other shops couldn't get out. I knew it was damaged because I am the one that damaged it by trying to service it myself. I asked to talk to the Manager to explain what was wrong. A man named Devan came to talk to me. I explained that I just want to have the oil filter changed because I was scheduled with a mechanic to get the drain plug fixed with a quote of $560, but I wanted to at least get the filter replaced. Well, Devan comes to talk with me after finishing with another client and when I explained what the issue was, Devan exact words were, “I noticed it was damaged already and I went ahead and repaired the oil pan and installed a new plug”. He noticed it was damaged and just fixed it? Who does that these days? 4 other shops wouldn't even attempt to repair it and Devan did it without even being asked? That is mind boggling. It reminds me of the good old days where people cared about people more that sales. And to boot, he said it was free and “A part of our service”. I am astonished! Not only will I never go anywhere else, but I am also going to move our work trucks to his shop. I don't know if he is the owner or just a manager, but my is altered when it comes to the level of care that was taken. He wasn't asked, he didn't seem bothered by the extra work and he didn't charge me. I will tell everyone about this man. It’s locally owned so they definitely care about the quality and customer service experience!!! I’ve never had an issue with them and my car is an oldie but Goldie? THANK YOU!!!!

We love going to Jiffy Lube because of the great service. Devan explained everything to us and informed us about an oil that was good for high mileage vehicles that would help with my small oil leak. We will continue to go to Jiffy Lube on Washington Ave.
