Service was phenomenal! I went in because my tail light basically exploded (I didn’t know). On the first day, they tried every single light to try fix it before realizing the socket was too damaged, didn’t charge me anything. Then when I came back with the new tail light, they replaced it so quick I didn’t even have time to pull out my laptop for work. Then they charged me anything absolutely fair amount. 5/5 stars. JC helped me with entire process and was absolutely fantastic! He remembered my car and me (despite a couple weeks passing) when I had called to schedule and I feel like you don’t get that kind of customer service anymore these days! The whole staff was fantastic and helpful!
This was my first time coming to Jiffy Lube, and it was a great experience from start to finish! The first employee I spoke to actually had the same name as me, which I thought was pretty cool! It was easy to take my car and drop it off for my registration and emissions, and I was kept up-to-date throughout the entire process. I was even told about some other things that I needed to change, like my brake fluid and radiator coolant, which was great to know. I appreciate the advice given because I am not a car maintenance expert, and I love to learn how to keep my vehicle running smoothly. They were able to work that into their schedule perfectly, and they were still very quick! When I came to pick up the car and pay, I was treated very respectfully. No complaints from me, I will definitely need to come back again sometime! Thank you guys so much for your help! ?
Very sweet and amazing customer service! I'd pay for that experience alone. Everything was explained to me so clearly and precisely. They didn't try to overcharge me or over complicate the process by adding on unnecessary work. I was comfortable to ask questions, and I was in and out very quickly without an appointment. My car runs so much better, and I'm definitely be coming back.
