I flew over to my go-to Jiffy Lube for a past due oil change. I forgot to use my $22.00 discount card but I would have only given it to the folks who helped me. The service was great and they let me in just in the nick of time. I had just gotten off of work and arrived just a few minutes before closing time and I know how it sucks to have someone come in at the last moment when your trying to close up shop and head home. It's not fun and they handled it perfectly, even after I'd come in and then headed back out of the door. They were great.
