The staff, from the in-take person to the ground crew all was performed at the hight of professionalism and thoughtfulness. i am not exaggerating. I have already recommended this Jiffy Lube at Casillo and Carrillo in Santa Barbara to two other people. Congratulations at running such a fine business. All you guys are totally great. Thank you for a job so well done.
This was one of the quickest and easiest oil change experiences I’ve had. They got me in right away and the team was polite and efficient. They estimated about 25 minutes but finished even faster. I was in and out in no time and will definitely be coming back.
Friendly and knowledgeable team with a clean, well-organized facility. The service was completed quickly, and they performed a thorough inspection during my oil change and tire rotation. It’s great to know I can handle most maintenance, including brakes and tires, all in one place at much better prices than the dealership. As a bonus, they even cleaned my windows. Really appreciate the excellent service—highly recommended!

It was last Saturday morning 6/13/26, I was from out of town and got a nail in my tire. This was the 4th garage I had gone to, and it was only 9:30am. The shop was really busy, but they were able to help me get it fixed and I was able to enjoy the rest of the weekend. Jiffy Lube really gave me peace of mind during my trip. While driving to Santa Barbara, a low oil pressure warning came on, so I stopped by their shop. They quickly changed my oil, flushed and replaced the coolant, and checked everything thoroughly. They did point out a minor leak but assured me it was safe to drive back to Arizona—and they were right. I completed the long drive without any issues. The team was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend.

Christian was really helpful in identifying a problem with an oil leak my car was having. He called me with the diagnosis and sent me pictures so I could see for myself. He spoke with my mechanic afterwards and did not charge me for any of the diagnostics he and his team performed or the oil top off. Great service!
