I came in for an oil change and was immediately greeted and assisted. From the cashier to the mechanic, everyone was pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was clear they take pride in their work, they were thorough, took the time to address all my concerns, and still provided efficient service. I go here every 3 months or so for my oil changes. They make sure my air filters good. They make sure I'm rolling on good tires, properly inflated and regularly rotated. They make sure all my vehicle's fluids are full and flowing where they're meant to. I have ADHD and I like to drive fast so they've stuck it out with me through a number of vehicles Pontiac, Volkswagen, BMW, and Mercedes. They're reliable. That's for sure. Mechanics to managers, they communicate well and get it done.

came in to get my oil changed, and a tech inspection revealed my brake pads were shot and needed to be replaced. I believed i had replaced them within the previous 2 years but didnt have records so approved the estimate with some reservations. an hour later i got a call from their team saying the pads were actually just dirty and were fine so they didn't need to be replaced. I would have just paid and been a bit annoyed but they went out of their way to get me exactly what i needed. customer for life now.
