Awesome shop, I came in for an oil change, I interacted with Tiana, Dave, and Anthony. All of them were incredibly nice and helpful. I thought I might need a tire rotation and instead of just charging me to make money, they explained why it was not necessary at that current time and educated me about my vehicle. Super honest and efficient, I absolutely will be returning.
I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube ever since I was a teenager and no matter what state I’m in, they always provide incredible service. This was my first time at this location since moving to Arizona and Shawn was nothing but friendly and helpful. The prices are always fair along with the accessibility to gain a coupon, but it’s because of the customer service and attention to detail why I keep coming back. I’ll continue to return to this location for any maintenance and check ups and everyone should do the same. Thank you for everything that you do!

From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service. Shawn took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure my vehicle was well taken care of. The service was fast, honest, and thorough, and I left feeling confident that my car was in great hands. It's hard to find this level of customer care these days, and I truly appreciate the effort the whole team put in.
