Great service my husband came in with his dodge charger. He said it very pleasant visit as he was met with a person name Aiden. They explained he need an oil change and filter changed. Even let him use a coupon he found on the website. If we can’t go to the dealership for an oil change we will definitely be back.
The tech was visibly behind and stressed but still took the time to acknowledge me and give me an idea of wait time and costs. Everyone's work day can get away from them from time to time the important thing is he remained kind and professional. He had the work completed quickly and made sure to check all fluids and filters. Can't ask for more, even on a busy day they remained kind, courteous, and professional while completing the job faster than he had originally expected. Good people, good place, id be happy to return for my next service.
I went in for Oil change and they took care of me and I was done in less than 20 minutes. Also, under my car, the plastic engine cover was lose due to driving over a tire in the middle of the highway and they fixed that for me without even asking for it. The staff are great. I don’t care personally for people smiling and talking about the weather, but I care for actions that can speak louder than words, just like this action above. I am very pleased with their service and that’s why I always go back there. They also, filled the tires with air, and wash fluid. Thank you guys for the good work
