First time here and the customer service was impeccable. It was quickest service I have ever had. The only thing I wished they did was top off brake fluids. Other than that no other notes. I'll definitely be back
I have to admit, the service and the energy was different. I refused to return to this location because they lost a cap on my truck and later my truck was dead. I needed an emergency oil change and went. They has an entire different vibe. Several ppl did point checks to make sure the oil was correct, tops were place on or back where they belonged. The young lady was professional and efficient. The customer service was great.
These group of young men are always pleasant and professional, Great customer service and always making sure I get all of what’s needed while I’am here, now their supervisor is grade A with keeping everyone on their feet and assisting with anything that the customer needs. They are all an awesome team .( Waldorf is Excellent!
