I just want to take a moment to recognize Josh, Dominick, and Chris. They are truly awesome guys with a lot of integrity. I purchased my 2012 Honda CR-V used “as is,” and I’ve had to get quite a few repairs done, which hasn’t always been easy. Throughout this entire process, they have been incredibly helpful and supportive, even during the small inconveniences and I know I can get on their nerves sometimes! But no matter what, they’ve continued to show up and help me out, and that really means a lot. I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube in Dumfries. About three months ago, another shop severely damaged the oil drain plug on my Chevrolet Cruze, and ever since then, multiple places refused to perform an oil change because they were afraid the plug would break or damage the oil pan further. Today, the team at Jiffy Lube was able to safely remove the damaged drain plug and replace it with a new one at no extra charge. Service manager Dominick and his team were professional, honest, and willing to help when nobody else would. I truly appreciate the effort, patience, and customer service they showed me. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about helping customers these days, and this team absolutely did. Highly recommended!
