I recently visited here in the morning and there were only 2 people working. Arthur and Dom. Not only were they very helpful and friendly, but they gave me the fastest and most thorough oil change I have had here. I've been here before and had 4 to 5 people work on my car and not perform the service as well, not to take anything away from those visits, they were great too, but I'm still just shocked by this recent visit. You guys are great!
My tire had gotten flat and with this being my first experience at a Jiffy Lube, Chris was amazingly transparent, supportive, and answered all my many questions. It was an absolute delight to, not only be treated like I know my car but to also not be shamed when I ask questions. He demonstrated and provided deep insights on my tires and what to expect in the future. I will be coming back again! THANK YOU for your help i appreciate it !!
My new Honda was ready for its first oil change. I usually do all my own servicing at home; however, I could not remove a particular screw that held in the undercarriage skid plate. This is typical for first time removal, as it comes very tight from the factory. The guys at the shop successfully removed the screw and the skid plate. They also loosened the oil drain plug and oil filter (which would also have been too tight from factory), making it easier for me to do the oil change when I got home. These guys were fast and friendly. I sincerely appreciate it, as they saved me a lot of time. Thank you!
