Fantastic Experience ? Great service, polite, and professional employees. The waiting lounge was comfortable, I had a nice conversation with people in my community as we waited. Which wasn't very long, 30 minutes & I was done with my much needed oil change and yes, they got me on the filters, I didn't want to deal with it later. And I remembered to use my coupon! I'll be back for my next service needs. I was very pleased to see a full service center now for maintenance. Macie was such a great advisor to walk me through the car review of services done & needed.
I own a local auto shop in Harper’s Ferry. I was in a bind with a brand new vehicle, nobody had an oil filter to fit it. Chris the manager knowing I was competition did not hesitate to help me out to get a customer on the road, and save me from failing my own customer in need. I am thankful for people who help others, especially in this tough industry. Thank you Chris.
Took my car in on 5/18th for alternator replacement. Had alternator, serpentine belt and back rotor and brakes replaced. They had me in and out in 2 1/2 hours! My mechanic would have taken 2-3 days for this work to be done. Jiffy Lube it is for the win!
