Highly recommend this shop for all your car needs! Everyone there was very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to explain what services my car needed and gave me a breakdown of the costs. Will definitely be bringing my car back to Jeff, Thom, Kenny, Billy and Darren for all my vehicle needs!
This is my first time at jiffy lube and I had a wonderful experience! The technician Preston was very knowledgeable was able to answer all my questions did not try to sell me a bunch of things that were not necessary, very polite young man. I will definitely be back!
I am not typically a customer of Jiffy Lube. Today, I was at a neighboring business when one of the Jiffy Lube employees, Tom, went out of his way to make sure that I was aware that one of my tires was near flat/low on air. He very kindly informed me that Jiffy Lube would be able to air up my tire for free and provided me with information about their other services, should it continue to lose air. I really appreciated Tom for both informing me of the issue and for offering a quick solution. I hope they are treating you right, Tom, cause you're a gem! ?
