Service has always been great here when I come in for routine oil changes and tire rotation. Recently however. I had to go on for a complimentary “top-up” of oil and asked them to check the oil drain plug. They investigated and found it was stripped, and the only place het mi oil changed is at Jiffy Lube. The manager (Andrew) acknowledged that they must have stripped the drain plug, so they replaced the oil pan and plug at no charge. Very responsible of them and customer service you don’t see that often these days!
This is fast convenient service where you don't have to drop off your vehicle. That's why I like it. It's flexible for my schedule. I don't have to make a It's flexible for my schedule. I don't have to make an appointment and sit there for half a day or a whole day or get a ride from somebody and pick up my car later. This is so much better. Sometimes at Jiffy Lune you have to wait for a couple of cars and sometimes there's no line. This is a great location and they're open on the weekends. Their prices are more than if you drop your car off with a mechanic all day or wait all day for the same service. I would much rather pay a little more and get better and FASTER service. This place is great. I've taken multiple cars here for years with no problems. The staff know what they're doing.
Jermaine provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
