Stopped by this Jiffy Lube over the weekend just to ask if they sold a specific oil to top off my car. Ended up chatting with the team about my car and a common issue it has, and they offered to just take care of it for the same price. In about 10-15 minutes they topped off the oil, checked and filled all my fluids, and made sure everything looked good. Super friendly, genuine staff and great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future car needs!
Very, very satisfied. Definitely the most professional JL I’ve ever been to. Was immediately greeted and they brought me into the waiting room and offered coffee. They went through all the codes that my CRV was displaying and asked me what I wanted to do. Not pushy at all. They were extremely professional with each other as well. Very happy that I went. I will be returning soon
We were about to drive to Maryland when our car suddenly started freaking out. Unfortunately, because of the Memorial Day holiday, most auto body shops were closed. We saw this Jiffy Lube was open, so we took a chance and very slowly made our way there. Cody was an incredible help! He was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to thoroughly look at our car and figure out the problem. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable, and the woman working at the front desk was so sweet and helpful as well. We’re so grateful for the excellent service and kindness during a very stressful situation. Highly recommend!
