had a great experience at Jiffy Lube in Riverhead. The staff was friendly, professional, and had me in and out quickly. They explained everything clearly without any pressure to purchase extra services, and the work was completed efficiently. It’s refreshing to find a team that values great customer service and honesty.
Shane was absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable and took his time explaining things to the new staff he was training when I brought my vehicle in. He was extremely thorough and showed grace with showing him how to complete everything properly. Overall a wonderful experience and will certainly return.
Drove up with no appointment and Scott was immediately there to help me. He guided me in, looked over the vehicle. I saw him sign the new oil filter, never saw that but I like it. He was asking what I needed and didn’t push or oversell products and only recommended what was needing attention. The inside is pretty clean, especially for what they do. The tools and equipment look well maintained and organized. Made sure my car was good to go as my family was starting a road trip. Definitely my new go to oil change spot! I know there were other employees working under the vehicle and I didn’t get their names but Scott and his crew on 27Fed2026 is great.
