I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube during my inspection and service visit. The service technician who helped me was absolutely amazing—very professional, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood what was being done with my vehicle. That really meant a lot to me. The rest of the staff were just as friendly and welcoming. Everyone worked efficiently as a team, and the whole visit felt smooth, honest, and stress-free. It’s not always easy to find places where you feel comfortable and confident in the service you’re getting, but this location definitely delivered that. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and positive attitude from everyone there. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this location to others.
