Bill and the crew gave excellent service. They were very quick and very efficient. They also found that I had a broken Sway bar, which is the noise that I had been hearing for a few days! I would definitely recommend using them!
Today I visited Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed and I was pleasantly surprised at the awesome service I received. I was greeted by a Youngman that showed me the different packages and prices for each package. I was able to set in my car while my oil was changed, my fluids were checked and my tires checked all this was done in a timely manner as well as explained. I was able to pay for services rendered and a new sticker applied letting me know when my next oil change would be needed, I was Thanked by staff, and I proceeded to go on my way returning back to work. These guys are absolutely fabulous. I came in for an oil change and a couple updates (spark plugs and transmission fluid, which they were honest and said I don’t need yet despite other locations telling me otherwise— they told me exactly when to come back for those). We also brought my partner’s car in same-morning and they spent a whole day working on a LIST of updates and repairs that they had planned ahead of time over the phone with them. They got their car running like brand new. We didn’t even know it could run that quiet lol. Brought donuts as a big thank you. Attentive, honest, hard-working folks. Check online for coupons too. They’ve always got some.
