Haven’t visited a Jiffy Lube in Yrs and I mean years. Was greeted as soon as I pulled up. Chris introduced himself and asked me a few questions. Brought me to the waiting area, took my information and proceeded to finish up the vehicle. Communicated the pricing and services available. Will definitely return.

Th8s is my second time here. First time I had my husband's car. They were so nice and honest. I just had my battery replaced 2 months back the employee said you're battery is reading that it's bad. I told him I just had gotten a new one he said here let me take a picture with your phone so you can see and check your paperwork from the company that replaced it. Idk that made me feel like wow he's not trying to get me to buy a battery here, although they do sell them. He was honestly letting me know so I could figure out what was what
