I cannot believe the incredible level of service at this Jiffy Lube location! This was truly one of the greatest automotive service experiences I have ever had. The transparency they show is groundbreaking and the clarity regarding my vehicle was monumental. I honestly learned more about my vehicle and how to handle its ongoing autonomy today than I ever have at any other service facility. I left feeling completely empowered, valued, and relieved. A massive thank you to the amazing Store Manager, Mr. Victor, the service extraordinaire, Mr. Alex, and the entire crew. Their smiles are infectious, and the fist bumps are 100% sincere. If you want honest, courteous, and top-tier service, this is the place to go!
This is my second time at this particular jiffy lube. Service is efficient and they always throughly explain why a service should be done to your car. And I appreciate the employee showing me the new filter so I wasn’t worried they didn’t truly replace it. Can’t remember both names of the mechanics but I am grateful. Upon looking I believe Victor the manager is who is always so respectful and kind. And the young man with the dread’s was courteous and friendly!
Got my oil changed today efficient and quick as it can get. Ask the staff members were welcoming and kind. Great experience whatsoever. Shoutout to Jose for a great checkout out process and Kenly with the great service And explanation. Also thank you to Alex who did my oil change service quick and easy.
