Did an oil change, not a big car person so I always worry mechanics will take advantage. But the guys there were very helpful and kind, the service did not take long and the price was reasonable. Definitely gonna be my main car place.
On our way back to NC we noticed the undercarriage of our car was hanging extremely low to the ground and at risk of falling completely off. It was just my son and I so I couldn’t risk putting the car on the road in that condition. I Googled for a mechanic in the area and the only shop open was Jiffy Lube. I drove slowly ten minutes to the shop and we asked if this was something they could fix. Maxwell had us bring the car inside and he fixed it all within 3 mins. I’m so grateful for Maxwells willingness to help and the efficient manner in which he did it. He turned a very frustrating moment for me into a very pleasant experience. Thanks again,Maxwell!
Got my brakes and rotors done today and it took about 45 minutes or so; I bought the parts on my own which saved me a bit of money. The military discount saved me a lot more and I really appreciate the speedy service! Thanks again guys!
