My first oil change at Jiffy Lube, it went down better that I had expected. The whole experience from getting in line to out the door in less than 45 minutes. Having worked on my own cars for more than 50 years, there was nothing that got lost in the shuffle. Thanks to Austin and his crew. A bit more expensive than I expected, but about average priced. I was surprised by the list of services they offer.
The Jiffy Lube staff at Pitchers Way are by far the best staff we have encountered. We bring all our vehicles here for their oil changes. The staff is friendly, personable, quick, and they always make you feel right at home!
Arrived in Hyannis needing an oil change and only having a few hours on a Friday afternoon to find someone to do it. This Jiffy Lube was really great! Waited in line about 45 minutes but things moved along repeatably, about 10-15 mins per car. When my turn came, manager Kevin asked the right questions about what I wanted and then changed my oil, checked and topped up fluid levels, even adjusted the air pressure in my tires. I'm still amazed when I compare this to dealing with a car dealer. Thanks to Kevin and the team!!
