I contacted Jiffy Lube and Marvin answered the phone, at the same location.. I explained I was having issues with the AI prompt to set up appointment. He kindly explained the policy of first come first serve. He was engaging and pleasant. I asked about time frame and explained policy and was a very light wait. When I arrived about 10 minutes later. I said wow its busy.. He happened to be in the customer area and said it had gotten busy in the last 5 minutes. He was friendly and engaging. Sophia was very friendly, engaging and professional. I explained to her my requests regarding checking oil filter brand. She communicated to the service technician in lower bay Teshawn . As well as service tech Sebastian. They were quick, professional and informative. Great communication with needed service and air filter I was very pleased with the service. Thank you to Sophia, Sebastian and Teshawn.
Honest management! Went there after I discovered there was oil leaking around my oil pan on my barely driven 21 Sonata NLine. They took a look and then they let me go underground to see what they saw. Very grateful for saving me the hassle of trying to get my lowered car on a lift. Beware though. My lowered car just barely got over those steel lip edges. 5 stars all the way… no other shop is doing that free of charge..
Jiffy Lube in Rockaway has been fantastic! I went in for an oil change and knew I also needed some other things done like breaks. Sophia was a great help and went over everything with me. She also explained the important things that I needed to get done. She didn’t force sell me anything, instead, she understood my budget and even found discounts to keep me well under what I thought I was going to spend. The GM was also great as well and said his mechanic was able to save me some money by not having to replace something that I thought I was going to have to. Hats off to their break guy (Santiago I believe). I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks again!
