Needed an oil change and got done quickly. No waiting for other guests. Went at 1115am. Ronald was a super polite gentleman and handled the register. They didnt try selling me a bunch of things but just brought to my attention what could be replaced like wiper blades and air filter. Id return again ?
I've never had a poor experience at Jiffy Lube. I've had several eye rolls when I tell people where to go for a fast and affordable oil change but the joke is on them because I've never had a single issue related to maintenance on my car. I've had my radiator flushed, my transmission flushed, and numerous oil changes. I'll go here every single time over the dealership.
If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.. We’ve been coming to this location for a couple months now. ? Their customer service is on point from the moment you pull in to the time you leave! They are very informative about why certain things need and should be done. Every time we come to this location we are 100% satisfied. Today was top notch service like always! I didn’t catch the lady’s name that is in the picture but a huuuuuuge shout out to her for all of her help!
