I had the day off and decided to get my oil changed on my F150. Antonio and staff are great. Not pushy but communicative. Let me know some of the services they offer and since they weren’t pushy I’ll be back to get those when I have more time. It was a bit slow when I walked so instead of just having 1 person working on it, all that were available worked on my truck. So they definitely aren’t sitting around doing nothing. Very customer centric and a clean waiting area. Glad they are in town and I don’t have to drive too far for some simple work done on my truck. Thanks Antonio and team!
I was carrying cash for traveling purposes. While paying for excellent, efficient service, I accidentally dropped a substantial amount of cash on the floor, and walked away without noticing. Antonio called me immediately upon noticing this on the other side of the counter, reached me while I was just blocks away, and returned all my traveling cash. He saved me.
Went for an oil change this morning (first time at Jiffy Lube) and got the wiper blades replaced. The two guys working there (Lukas and Emmanuel) were GREAT. They were professional, experienced and thorough (very detailed). Lukas was very honest and didn't try to up-sale or pressure me to buy anything else. He updated me throughout the process and Emmanuel (lower bay) worked very hard to get me out within 30 mins. They both had a great attitude and took pride in their work. I was very impressed with their professionalism and quality of service and will definitely be a customer again. Thanks Guys, and Jiffy Lube...
