From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. Walked in 15 minutes before they closed and I was then greeted by a smiley friendly young man named Justin and Gavin. I was certain they would tell me no. These young men happily accepted my request for an oil change. They were quick, friendly and knowledgeable. Give them the biggest raise. Happy to see young people excelling in customer service.
I am a loyal customer of this location for nearly 20 years and have always had a great experience. Today was the top of the list! Justin and Gavin should be commended for their hard work, dedication and outstanding performance. I arrived and they were very busy but having a great time, working hard and keeping everyone informed. As a person in a leadership position this is exactly the type of employees I want. Communication, dedication and positive interactions make all the difference in the service industry, and as a public servant I am too familiar with this. As a father these are the kind of men I want my sons to interact with. I want me children to see great men working hard and having fun doing it. This location and the entire franchise should look to the two of them as shining examples of perfect employees. Justin and Gavin thank you both.
