I went in for an oil change last month. Jeremiah E and the rest of the Team were amazing. Everyone was very professional, well spoken, and polite. He explained every process and advised on the needed work. I was so happy, told my husband the very same day, so he had oil change on his Jeep the next day, and we both agreed on the great experience and reasonable price. I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube location. Since it's close to my job, I was able to stop by during my lunch break for an oil change. Even though I had to wait for the customer ahead of me, the whole visit only took about 30 minutes, which was perfect for my schedule. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and informative. They took the time to explain the services they recommended and answered all of my questions. While they did suggest a few additional services, I never felt pressured or pushed into buying anything. Instead, they helped me understand what my car needed so I could make an informed decision. Fast, honest, and excellent customer service, I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance.
